Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Technical & Quality to lead our technical and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will ensure product excellence from development to final shipment, maintaining compliance with international standards and buyers’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical and quality operations across all product categories.
- Ensure adherence to buyers’ specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes to achieve zero defect goals.
- Manage fit approval, sample evaluation, and technical packages.
- Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
- Train and develop quality teams to maintain the highest performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical and quality roles in the RMG industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
- Strong knowledge of knitwear, woven, and sweater products.
- Expertise in quality control systems, AQL standards, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
